- Prepare food
- Provide delivery ourselves
- Employ drivers or helpers
- Guarantee any services
3. User Agreement
By using our platform, you agree:
- You must be at least 18 years old
- Provide accurate information
- Use services at your own risk
4. Services Disclaimer
All services are provided by independent third parties.
We are not responsible for
- food quality
- Delivery delays
- Service outcomes
- Personal interactions
5. Payments
- Payments may be processed via platform or directly
- Fees (e.g. 20% commission) apply to vendors
- Refunds depend on vendor policies
6. Prohibited Use
Users must not:
- Use platform for illegal purposes
- Post false/misleading content
- Abuse or harm others
- Offer restricted services
7. Account Suspension
We may suspend or remove accounts without notice.
8. Limitation of Liability
Liability is limited to $100 or amount paid (whichever is lower).
